As AL PAPA FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGEMENT offers customized, B2B executive management consulting and emergency crisis response services that involve instant resource reserves and senior adviser standbys, cancellations and refund settlements are governed by these specific service terms.
1. Retainer Cancellations & Non-Refundability
Monthly consulting retainers (including base corporate retainers, standby response SLAs, and dedicated hours blocks) represent allocations of adviser availability. Once the monthly period begins or the first advisory briefing is initiated, the retainer fee is **non-refundable**.
Clients may cancel their configured monthly retainers by submitting a formal cancellation notice to: info@alpapa.online at least 7 calendar days before the subsequent billing cycle begins. Upon cancellation, no further billing will be processed.
2. Milestone-Based Refund Settlements
In B2B consulting setups where engagements are structured around clear deliverables rather than monthly retainers, refunds for uncompleted phases are calculated as follows:
- Initiated Phases: Consulting fees associated with a phase that has been active for over 48 hours or where strategy modeling has begun are non-refundable.
- Uninitiated Phases: Pre-paid consulting fees for future, uninitiated advisory phases are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any administrative or third-party mapping expenses.
3. VAT Refund Adjustments
In strict compliance with UAE Tax Law and the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines, all displayed pricing and transactions are VAT inclusive (均为含税价). When an eligible refund is processed, the Company will issue a formal **Tax Credit Note** in USD, detailing the adjustment of standard 5% VAT. The refund will cover the exact VAT-inclusive amount originally billed for the refunded scope.
4. Emergency PR Dispute Escrow
For Emergency PR & Crisis Retainers, the client is billed for immediate standby and narrative mobilization. If the 2h, 12h, or 24h SLA response window is missed due to Company technical faults, the Client is entitled to a prorated refund of the SLA segment of the invoice, settled within 10 business days of audit confirmation.
