AL PAPA FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGEMENT (“we”, “us”, “our”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy and corporate data integrity of our clients, consultants, and platform visitors. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, transmit, and protect confidential information and personal data processed through our B2B configurator portal and public relations advisory operations in Dubai, UAE.

1. Data Collection Scopes

We process data solely under legal corporate parameters. The types of personal and corporate data we collect include:

  • Identification Data: Full names, corporate titles, company affiliations, and email contacts submitted during billing setups or RFP briefings.
  • Briefing Materials: Confidential files, PDF briefs, litigation transcripts, or corporate governance documentation uploaded securely via our encrypted contact forms.
  • WooCommerce Session Data: Selected configuration preferences (retainer tiers, response SLA hours, NDA selections) utilized to generate corporate quotes or initiate checkouts.

2. Processing Compliance (UAE PDPL)

All personal data processing is executed in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on PDPL. We process data strictly based on:

  • Consent: Ticking consent checkboxes for NDA executions and corporate requests.
  • Contractual Obligations: Fulfilling configured B2B consulting retainers, managing service bookings, and processing WooCommerce checkouts.
  • Confidentiality Mandates: Restricting data access to active consultant council members under strict internal NDAs.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain client data only for the duration necessary to satisfy consulting retainers or comply with federal audit guidelines. Upon termination of engagement or receipt of a formal data erasure request, all files, database entries, and transaction details are cryptographically deleted from our DIFC servers within 48 business hours.

4. Financial Transactions

AL PAPA payment checkouts are processed via secure external payment gateways (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store full credit card records on our servers. All displayed rates are VAT inclusive (VAT Included), displaying standard 5% tax incorporation.
